Emjati Eternal weekend - League

Here you can see the point system we will use to find our champion. Please remember that this league is an additional price we give away. So each weekend will still have his own price structure as you know.

Vintage – old school (4 Swiss rounds, no top 8)

We take the points after the Swiss rounds and multiply them with a coefficient based on the number of players.

For example: after 4 rounds Peter has 7 points. In total there are 13 players. For the league Peter will earn 7 x 1,13  = 7,91 points. Let’s say Peter rocks it at the second weekend and he scores 12 points with 15 players. He will get 12 x 1,15 = 13,80 points. So now his total after 2 weekends is 21,71 points.

This system we will use for 4 weekends. After that – hopefully for Peter it’s him – we have a league winner.

Legacy – modern (x Swiss rounds with top 8)

We take the points after the Swiss rounds and multiply them with a coefficient based on the number of players. Let’s say after the Swiss you have 7 points with 48 players you get 7 x 1,48 = 10,36 points in the league standings.

If you win the tournament (so winner after top 8), you will receive your Swiss round points + 9 points multiplied with the coefficient.

For place 2 (loosing finalist) you will receive your Swiss round points + 6 points multiplied with the coefficient.

For place 3-4 you will receive your Swiss round points + 3 points multiplied with the coefficient.

After 4 weekends we will have a winner for these formats as well.

CEDH (5 rounds with top 4)

We take the points after the 5 rounds and multiply them with a coefficient based on the number of players. Let’s say after the 5 rounds you have 6 points with 25 players, you will have 6 x 1,25= 7,5 points in the league standings.

The winner of the tournament gets his round points + 5 extra points multiplied with the coefficient.

After 4 weekends we will have a winner for CEDH as well.
