EU law stipulates you can return a shipment 14 days after it has been sent. The returned goods must be unopened and in identical condition as originally listed.

After the shipment is received and all products are there in their original package, the full purchase price of the goods will be refunded

In case something is missing, damaged and/or not in original package, we reserve the right to refund partially or to not refund at all.
